Submit normal print-ready front and back artwork.

Foil Laminate

Submit normal print-ready front and back artwork unless otherwise instructed.

Layered PSD or TIFF/TIF required. Include a separate layer named FOIL.

Accepted file types TIFF / TIF, PSD, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS and ZIP.

Do not submit only one side. Every token design requires both FRONT and BACK artwork. Missing files will delay production.

Gilded Foil File Setup

GILDED FOIL FILES REQUIRE A SEPARATE FOIL LAYER. Submit a layered PSD or TIFF/TIF. Create a separate layer named FOIL that clearly identifies every area that should receive foil. Do not flatten or merge the FOIL layer into the artwork.

Name Your Files Correctly

Use clear filenames so we can match every front, back and foil treatment without guessing.

Submitting several designs? You may package the project as a ZIP, for example CompanyName_ProjectName.zip. Files inside the ZIP must still follow the FRONT/BACK naming convention.

Upload Your Artwork

After reviewing the requirements, use the Upload Token Artwork field associated with this product. Do not email production artwork unless instructed by Mana Vault Proxies.

FILES ARE SENT TO PRODUCTION AS SUBMITTED. We do not automatically correct dimensions, resolution, color mode, bleed, missing backs, filenames or foil layers. Incorrect or incomplete artwork can delay production.

SINGLE DESIGN

Upload 2 Files

FRONT: Upload the final front artwork.

BACK: Upload the matching final back artwork.

Both files are required. Do not put a single-design order into a ZIP.

MULTIPLE DESIGNS

Upload 1 ZIP File

Place every matching FRONT and BACK file into one organized ZIP.

Example: Goblin_FRONT.tif + Goblin_BACK.tif. Repeat the same naming format for every design.

GILDED FOIL Any artwork receiving gilded foil must be submitted as a layered PSD or TIFF/TIF containing a separate layer named FOIL. Keep that FOIL layer separate and editable.

MAXIMUM UPLOAD SIZE: 50 MB PER UPLOAD For multiple-design orders, the complete ZIP must be 50 MB or smaller. If your prepared ZIP exceeds the upload limit, contact Mana Vault Proxies before placing the order.
